The Ktunaxa Nation is offering an exclusive First Nations experience in a resort setting in the Canadian Rocky Mountains.
Speaking Earth Haqaⱡpaⱡniʔnam (Hackalth-palth-knee-nam) is a series of extraordinary activities: choose an itinerary comprised of individual events or select an entire two-day adventure.
Speaking Earth is offered exclusively through the Ktunaxa Nation-owned St. Eugene Golf Resort & Casino - a Rocky Mountain destination in southern British Columbia.
Experience a Nation like no other, who have a story like no other, in a place like no other.
The Ktunaxa Nation is an ancient culture, who possess a language unlike any other in history. Their stories and traditions are deeply connected to the land, and the Nation is proud to share their culture and traditions with guests in a spectacular Rocky Mountain setting.
Join Ktunaxa Nation members for up to two days of entertainment, excitement and enlightenment, based at the St. Eugene Golf Resort & Casino. Guests will experience traditional knowledge and culture interpreted by nation members in a hands-on environment. They will hear stories, scrape hides, learn to bead, play traditional games, and other historical locations. And at night, guests may also sleep in traditional tipis.
This offering is unlike any other First Nation experience. It is an artful blend of authenticity and comfort in a resort environment with a caring and knowledgeable team.
